You can opt-out of receiving Hello Cannabis - Vista sales and marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in those emails. This will not affect subsequent subscriptions and, if your opt-out is limited to certain types of emails, the opt-out will be so limited. Hello Cannabis - Vista reserves the right to send you emails relating to your Hello Cannabis - Vista account or use of its services, such as administrative and service announcements, and these transactional account messages may be unaffected if you choose to opt-out from receiving Hello Cannabis - Vista’s marketing emails.

You understand that Hello Cannabis - Vista is not responsible for any texts or calls you receive from Weedmaps, and you explicitly disclaim any liability against Hello Cannabis - Vista for any such texts or calls.
